We wandered between some dealership for some week for buying a new car. On last Saturday we visited to Fred Anderson, we eventually found a good car and we met Mr Joe Dibari. He is extremely different from any other sales person, he gently taught and kindly assisted the everything we need. He warmly spent the time for us until finishing the our long process. It's the first time experience for buying the car in the US, because we just come from Japan. The Fred Anderson and Joe warmly supported such newcomer. I truly recommended Fred Anderson for you. I have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime, but my experience at Fred Anderson was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had start to finish! I looked at the preowned inventory online experience at Fred Anderson was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had start to finish! I looked at the preowned inventory online and Jen set me up to come in to meet with Ben to look at the vehicles in person. Ben was so friendly and knowledgeable that it was very much a pleasure working with him. Most of all, I appreciated Ben's honest and matter of fact approach with me. I was "on mission" to find the right car at the right price for my husband--I didn't have time for any run-around, hard sell, long stories, etc. Ben helped me have it all tied up with a deposit on a vehicle in record time, and when I thought I had hit a bump with financing, he handled that too. When I brought my husband in the next day to get the vehicle, Ben set us up with Brian for financing and the experience still has us amazed---what a finance jewel this dealership has in Brian! We were treated so fairly, and respectfully on price and financing that my husband and I both agree Fred Anderson Toyota has won our business for life--we don't want to deal with anyone else! More
I was trying to buy a new Seinna XLE. I tried to get several quotes from different dealers. Fred Anderson gave me the highest quote. Then I tried to find out whether they could offer me the price I got several quotes from different dealers. Fred Anderson gave me the highest quote. Then I tried to find out whether they could offer me the price I got from another dealer. Ronny emailed me back that he could do the price for me. I was so happy even their didn't offer me a lower price than other dealers. But Fred Anderson has the Family Care Plan and they also has a really good customer review. However, they didn't have the car I need in stock. There was one that would come in a few days. Ronny said that one had already been pre-sold. Several days later, I looked through their new car inventory and found that the car was still available. So I called Ronny again to see whether I could get that car. Ronny told me that that car was sold but he could get one from other dealers if I need one and could also offer me the same price. I couldn't decide at that moment because he asked me to pay $500-$1000 deposit. I told him that I would call him back. The next day, I called him that I still wanted to buy the car from him. Then, he told me that he could do this deal with me because my husband talked to another salesman JOhn at Fred Anderson about the deal and they didn't want to compete with each other. So he could not offer me the price he gave me anymore and asked me to do the deal with John if John would like to offer me the same price. I was really mad because he was lying to me. My husband never called anyone at Fred Anderson. I told him that it was not true. He said he didn't care and he couldn't do the deal with me. I was totally disappointed about Fred Anderson, Ronny and his general manager( Ronny always said he manager told him this or that.) They are liars( The car they told me had been sold is still there now). I feel so bad. I was wondering why couldn't they just say no to me if they couldn't sell it at a low price. Even after they offered me a low price and they found out they couldn't offer to me anymore, why not simply say no to me? why did they play all these trick with me? They are too unprofessional. More

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had sold my vehicle, so I needed a new car quickly. I had previously looked on the website to see what was in the inventory, and Carl got back to me right away via e-mai so I needed a new car quickly. I thought that since I did not have time on my side that I would have to compromise on the options, color, etc. Carl went to great lengths to get the exact car that I wanted in a very timely fashion. He was such a pleasure to deal with--very responsive, no pressure, listened to exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend Carl and this dealership. More

I honestly felt as though they were working to help me find the car that bes extremely helpful and courteous during my numerous visits and contacts. I honestly felt as though they were working to help me find the car that best fit my family's needs and wants as well as one that fit our budget. Jeff worked very hard to research numerous cars and pricing options, all the while following through on all promises and being extremely honest. He was easy to reach and returned calls and answered questions promptly. At no point did I feel as though he was only trying to make a sale. Jeff and their General Manager of Finance worked hard to make sure that the cost of the car and the APR that put my payments at an affordable place for my family's budget. After exploring both new and pre-owned SUVs both on their lot, and at other dealerships, we ended up purchasing a new Highlander from them directly. All the employees at Fred Anderson are friendly and helpful, even happily allowing me to bring a rambunctious 2 year old to the final signing. I would give my full recommendation to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned car to visit Fred Anderson. More

I met Joe while waiting in Fred Anderson's showroom for an appointment. I asked Joe about the Prius and he was more than willing to answer my questions and provided me with add'l info/articles. Based on his knowledge and the quick rapport he established, I returned to Fred Anderson and bought a new Prius from Joe. The entire process was extremely pleasurable from start to finish. The post sales experience was just as pleasurable; VERY accommodating and willing to help. And, I love my Prius. By all means, go to Fred Anderson and ask for Joe. More
