We badly needed a new car and had been shopping for a couple of days. We were already Toyota owners and we liked and trusted the brand; so we left this dealer shop for the end. We met Larry at Fred Anderson Toyota in the coldest day of the year and he let us go through our options with a big smile and a big jacket. A couple of days later he called us and warned us that some of the particular cars we were interested in were offered at a discount; which saved us some money and helped us make a decision. Larry accommodated to our schedule, which is normally rather convoluted, and was promptly available for questions and help before and after the sale, unlike in many other dealers. In many ways, I think Larry knew the car we wanted better than us. He made us go through all the process as a breeze and he was the main factor in our decision. Customer service was excellent and everybody, from sales to financing, was always available within minutes upon request for questions. Facilities are very nice and comfortable, with plenty of amenities, even for kids if you bring them with you. The lots are always full with all kind of cars, colors and options; so selection is certainly not an issue and one can be sure to find what you like. We like our car very much. More
My wife and I bought a new 2012 highlander this past Saturday. We were met by Gregory our sales person. Very friendly person and very polite to us. We did make a purchase of a new highlander and were some what satisfied when we left . It was late when we bought our highlander and were promised that the car would be detailed before we left. Well to say the least that didn't happen. So we left and figured it would be good at a later date. So come Sunday morning we decide to take our new car out for a drive. This never happened because the car wouldn't start. Only 69 miles on the car and already having problems. So we call Toyoto road side service to come out and see what is going on. The mechanic goes to jump start the car and see what could be wrong. Well in the process of checking things out he notices that the charging system may have an issue and we should have it looked at . So we take the car back to Fred Anderson where it was bought and dropped it off. Going out of our way to take the car in that night and save them a tow . Well Monday morning it was looked at and my wife and I were advised there was nothing wrong with the car. I asked well why would a new car have a dead battery in less than 24 hours after our purchase. Of course no explanation of what could be happening . So we go to pick up the car a meet with our sales rep and meet with service to get some questions answered about the car and have a general demonstration on the features of the car. When we arrive no one knows anything about our issues our sales rep has left for the day and no one in service can help with any of our questions. And to top it off they had misplaced the keys . We have bought several vehicles in the last 25 years from different dealers and have never had such a unpleasurable experiance with a dealership.This is our first Toyota and may possibly be the last. We are very disappointed with our experience at Fred Anderson Toyota . All I can say I hope this is not normal operations , because if it is we want be back . Our disappointment is not with any particular individual , but our whole experience . It just seems like once you sign the paperwork your oun your own . More

At first, we almost left due to an abrasive salesman from the used car lot but we decided to walk into the dealership. Larry Zievis greeted us at the door and we were sold from there. We were upfront what we wanted and the payment we wanted. Larry listened to our concerns and with Mike Hardy they both made it happen. We didn't think we'd get out of our current vehicle being upside down but we did and purchased a 2012 Highlander Limited. My wife LOVES it almost as much as me. I did a web search to find a used car close to fitting my needs (age, quality, price, etc.). I found several in the area. Only by chance did I call Fred Anderson (FA) first to see about an appointment to s needs (age, quality, price, etc.). I found several in the area. Only by chance did I call Fred Anderson (FA) first to see about an appointment to see and drive the car of interest. The Web chat I had with the FA representative was easy and she was very helpful in answering my questions about the car. She made the appointment for me. When I showed up at the dealership, one of the salesmen (Ben Rahimzadeh) met me as I walked in the door and immediately set about helping me by finding the car and preparing it for the test drive. All very smooth. On returning from our test drive Ben asked if I would be doing a trade-in - I said yes. Ben and I did some paperwork and literally in what seemed like a blink of the eye Ben had a one page typed quote for me. It showed the purchased vehicle price and all the "other" charges (tax, license, etc.), the trade in offer, and totaled down to the "out the door" price. Very easy to see all the cost, compare and make a decision. Next stop to see Steve the business manager to get the payment details worked out. Again, in the blink of an eye we were done and he sent me back to Ben to get my new car. I had anticipated being at the dealer for 4 hours, based on past experiences with other dealers. It only too two. And, refreshments were provided, of course. During the test drive I noticed a little "Fred Anderson" advertisement stuck on the rear coachwork of the car. I told Ben I didn't like that and he said he could get it off. I never mentioned it again, but when we went out for me to take delivery it was gone. Ben had taken care of it without me having to remind him. Another thing I've never seen before at other dealers. All in all a great experience, good deal, and a new customer who will be coming back again. More

I just wanted to point out the poor level of service I was given on Friday the 20th of July. My appointment was for 12.50, for which I arrived on time. I patiently waited as my wipers were replaced and my was given on Friday the 20th of July. My appointment was for 12.50, for which I arrived on time. I patiently waited as my wipers were replaced and my car was serviced. At about 430 I got restless as I had an appointment to make. I pushed for my invoice so I could pay, get my car and leave. I was asked to wait. Then I paid. Funny how, you managed to get payment faster than anything else. After I paid I was told to wait outside for my car to pull up. I did this for a while, and nothing. I went back in, more frustrated only to be told that my keys had been lost. So I waited, giving it one last last to get out of there in time. Alas, my keys were not found. I should have not even waited that long as I had so many occurrences of bad service. I missed an appointment to see a house that I was planning for the future, and I was left car less. They then set me up with Enterprise and assured me I wouldn't have to pay. Enterprise has charged my card, and I had to pay for gas. My whole day was wasted, and I had to leave to go out of town that night. I could not, because I was told that the rental needed to be brought back at Toyotas time as they would only pay for a day. This is the worst serviceI have ever gotten anywhere! Not only was I mistreated as a customer, little regard was given to my time and my conveniences. Above all, I had to pay for services I should NOT have paid for. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for any services or even sales. It was pathetic effort, and Fred Anderson only seems concerned with money! More
