Just Wanted to share my experience for my recent purchase of used vehicle at Fred Anderson Toyota Glenwood Raleigh.It was not as good as i though it would be and had a very very bad experience with finance m of used vehicle at Fred Anderson Toyota Glenwood Raleigh.It was not as good as i though it would be and had a very very bad experience with finance manager Hisham and i am never going to recommend Fred Anderson to anyone specially when you are planning to finance from them.The sales person Nader was good he showed me what i wanted but when it came to finance part the manager was not good he kept me blind on most of the extra charges and i went to him 3 times to make me explain but every time he said all the charges shown in the contract is for bank purpose only & the actual amount is different, not knowing anything about financing vehicle was my mistake. He made my finance increase by almost 4000$ which messed up my budget being a new and not knowing anything about finance he took the opportunity to make as big commission out of me keeping me on blind side and not letting me know the actual price for the add-on and kept telling it is only going to increase very little on your monthly payment. When i went to him to clarify this 3rd time he started blaming me saying you are putting words in my mouth which i didn't say and was very very rude in the way he was talking and when i told him i am going to talk to his senior manager he said go ahead but nothing is going to happen to me. He gave me those add-on on behalf of the mistake they made on their website showing the car as a Toyota certified but the finance manager said his system is not showing it as a certified but when i told it is their he realized the mistake and said i am offering the add-on to you for very discount rate almost free i said that's nice and when i saw my bill of sale it had almost 4000 more than what we agreed and when i asked him about this he just very rudely told me dude i was just trying to help you and took away all the add-on he gave me for the mistake they made and even charged me for the one which he is not ready to take because it's installed in the car. Very Very bad experience with Fred Anderson because of this manager and i am going to post my experience with them everywhere, being a loyal customer to them for 2+ years for getting my old car serviced with them this is what you get.Guess what they have already lost 2 sales from two of my friends who were ready to go to them for their car purchase one of them actually got with Carmax yesterday and said it was not experience not like me.Being a newbie for financing car, the manager cheated me to make more commission from me that's what i want to say. False Advertising. Unwilling to make it right. I found a 2012 Hyundai Sonata "Limited" on their website. The car listed everything I wanted/needed and the asking price was good. I asked for more info from their "Get Your VIP Price" option on their website. I got a call back from a woman first. I explained that I lived almost 300 miles away and had to make sure the car was as described. We went down the list and she confirmed it had everything listed (leather seats was my biggest "need" since I have a severely autistic 12 yr old son still in diapers that likes to take frequent rides. His diaper doesn't always hold everything and cloth seats simply won't work). She confirmed it had leather seats. She then said she would have the salesman (Len) call me back. I got a call from Len who also confirmed that it was a "Limited" and that it had everything the website listed. He also personally walked the car for me. I told both the girl that called me and Len that I had to know for sure the car was as described because I did not want to drive 300 miles and have surprises when I got there. I made this VERY clear. They both confirmed everything was correct. So, I drive from Greenville, SC to Raleigh, NC to buy the car. I get there an NO LEATHER seats. An apologetic Len speaks to his manager who says they will add the heated leather seats and they would "eat it" (the cost) since it was their mistake. He then proceeds to tell me I'll have to pay full asking price if I want the leather seats or they'll knock $1600 off the asking price if I take the car as is with cloth seats. How exactly are they "eating" the cost if I have to pay $1600 more to have the leather installed? They're not "eating" ANYTHING. I told them that they should add the leather and heated (at their own cost) the way their website and two of their own employees had told me it had and then we could negotiate the price from there. They said they wouldn't be able to do that. So I drove 300 miles home (getting home at 12:30am). I then got an email the next day asking about my experience. I told them everything I'm saying here and the woman (Anna Barcafur) responded with an apology and said she was going to forward my experience to the "management team". I waited 2 business days thinking someone from management would call or email me to discuss. NOTHING. Clearly they could care less. I would not be writing this review had I lived locally, but to drive that far after being told by the website description and TWO of their own employees that the car was as described is simply frustrating beyond imagine. More
Simply wonderful! I've been in the market for my 4th Toyota truck ever since the new 2014's came out. I went to my local dealer (from which I bought my 3 other trucks) and had a "not" so stellar visit w Toyota truck ever since the new 2014's came out. I went to my local dealer (from which I bought my 3 other trucks) and had a "not" so stellar visit with the salesperson. So I did some more searching and decided these guys had a pretty good selection of what I was looking for and would check it out. Upon entering the showroom I was in awe of the sheer size and beauty of this place! I was promptly greeted by Mike and was never pressured or felt uneasy throughout the entire process. He kept me in the loop throughout every step of the process and made me feel like a valued customer. Also had an opportunity to speak with Wahid during my paperwork process and he was just as accommodating as Mike. The process went smooth and he explained everything in detail when I asked. All while maintaining a positive attitude. Although this dealership is not in my backyard, they have created a loyal customer that will come back for my future needs. The drive is nothing compared to the level of service given. Thanks guys! More
I found myself with a small block of time one recent Monday afternoon so decided to test drive a Prius. Larry Zievis was my salesperson and he was terrific at listening to my list of needs/wants/don't-wants, as well as respecting my time. I am turned off by a hard-hitting salesperson, don't trust them - but Larry had just the right amount of salesmanship, knowledge, and personality. By Tuesday afternoon I was the owner of a new 2014 Prius V with an appointment scheduled for the following Monday to have the cloth seats converted to leather and also my windows tinted (very pleased with the final result). Each time I visited the showroom Larry was ready for me and, again, respectful of my busy schedule. I would recommend him as well as this dealership. More

I was offered a derisory $9000 for my low mileage Honda CRV. Drove half a mile to Carmax and got $12000. Was told I'd receive $100 if they couldn't beat Carmax' quote.
