No Follow up, Poor Customer Service I started off dealing with a Mike. I was referred to him after my brother bought a new 4 Runner from him. After test driving a vehicle with him the f I started off dealing with a Mike. I was referred to him after my brother bought a new 4 Runner from him. After test driving a vehicle with him the following day, I was notified that he no longer works for the company. I Was assigned a new salesman, Al. I spoke to him once and he was to call me back that same day to let me know if the car was still available on that Friday. I didn't get a returned call and I left a voicemail Saturday and Sunday. I received a call Monday not knowing I called and left two voicemail's. This happened on other occasions as well where Al promised I'd have a call back same day and I did not until the following business day. Was promised a dent in door to be fixed, weather stripping to be repaired with the purchase of the vehicle. Dent was to be done by Fred Anderson and the stripping was to be arranged by Al to be taken to the Ford Dealership. After purchasing, Al asked me to call Ford because I would get an appointment quicker. I have called Al to get the Door dent fixed and still have no response. Now I am on my own dealing with Ford to get these problems resolved. I should have seen all these red flags from the start with poor customer service, no responses, and lack of knowledge. I have a bad taste about this dealership as a whole and I don't feel as if I was treated fair and still hope to be contacted to have this resolved. 2013 Ford Explorer Sport More
