Been taking our car to Fred Anderson since we bought it. The last two times we brought it there they said it needed repairs/servicing that they had already done. I brought my car to a friend of mine who is a certified Toyota technician and he said there was NOTHING wrong with it. They were trying to rip me off. Watch our for this dealership!! More

Preston Elmer is the Best! My wife and I were checking the availability of Camry’s at area dealerships and we decided to stop at Fred Anderson Toyota. There was limited sele My wife and I were checking the availability of Camry’s at area dealerships and we decided to stop at Fred Anderson Toyota. There was limited selection of Camry’s on the lot and we decided to go inside to see if there were any in the showroom. We walked past a salesman who was working at his desk and as soon as he saw us he acknowledged us and asked if he could help us. Two hours later, and after dealership closing hours, we put a deposit on a car that was going to have to be built to our specifications. The meeting took two hours because we kept changing our minds on color and options. We were concerned that we may not be able to find the car that we wanted and Preston made the statement “I’ll make it happen” and he was true to his words. The next day I contacted Preston using the cell number that he provided us with the night before. He responded immediately and again I challenged him by changing more details of the car that we ordered the night before. He again reiterated “I’ll make it happen”. I am retired and decided to search for the vehicle that we wanted myself, because I felt that our desire to get a vehicle in a timely manner was only our concern and our concern would just be a task on a salesman’s “to do” list. I was wrong! Every time I texted a find to Preston he was already aware of the vehicle that I found and by the end of the day he “made it happen”, he found our vehicle and gave us a delivery date of September 26th. On September 21 we drove our new car home. Prior to leaving the dealership I witnessed something that I have never seen before. My salesman was outside detailing our new car to “His” standards. Preston even gave us a tutorial on what products to use to preserve our car and what products not to use. The result . . . we left with a perfect representation of the Toyota quality. The car was perfect! Thank you, Preston! I hope that anyone that reads this review asks for you when they visit Fred Anderson Toyota of Raleigh. Marty Walkowe More
