Lindsey was wonderful to work with - she was attentive to every question I had. She was professional and very personable. Mike was helpful as well. I didn’t understand most of what he was talking about and I brought my adult daughter the next day and she left with a headache as I did the evening prior. He kept getting my financing wrong, played around with the prices of the service plans, and certainly did not know what was included in each plan, but assured me when I said that’s what it says that that was indeed included. I wanted the extended service plan so I got them, but need, in writing what is included. Thank you. More
