The fastest and fairest car purchase I've ever made! I called an hour before the dealership closed, negotiated a deal, and drove to Fred Anderson to purchase and pick-up my car as they were closing! I've never completed paperwork quicker and with less hassle. The finance manager, Chris, is personable and enjoyable to work with. I have had many bad experiences at the finance point where I've been pressured and almost bullied to purchase add-ons and extras I didn't want. Chris explained my options and completely honored my declination of those options. I was shocked that a finance manager remained just as friendly when I bought nothing extra! To top it off, my salesman, Rodney was kind enough to drive my new car back to my home two hours after closing so that I could drive it on a trip the next day. It is obvious that there is a unique culture that is encouraged from the top down to provide an experience like mine. More
