I did express my budget several times which I thought the representatives would be sensitive to. I felt they were concerned with my monthly payment and making a sale. I left the dealership with a balance more than I originally mentioned, I was not expecting that end result. I also was under the impression that I would work with my bank. It was not revealed to me that I was working with another bank until I asked. I also desired and mentioned that I wanted to work with my credit union. I felt the dealership was not interested in my concern and had a desire to complete a sale that night. More
