I first contacted Fred Anderson Toyota via telephone on Friday, December 30, 2016 and set up an appointment to come in to see specific Avalon Plus st I first contacted Fred Anderson Toyota via telephone on Friday, December 30, 2016 and set up an appointment to come in to see specific Avalon Plus stock number. I arrived at the dealership about 1:00pm. Justin was with another customer when I arrived but broke away to start the car, turn on the heat and heated front seat for my comfort while I looked it over. The entire sales process took less than 1 and 1/2 hour which included examining and valuing my trade in. I came in at 8:00am the next morning to pick up the vehicle and was on the road home before 9:00am. It was the easiest and quickest car buying experience in my 77 years! Thank you Justin. More

Quick and almost painless-Really! Car buying is not easy-I don't care what anyone says. So I did a lot of research on line for a particular newer/pre-owned car. After narrowing down my choices, I went to three dealers and test drove almost the same car at all of them. Fred Anderson was the fourth stop. Mike was super easy to work with. He did not apply too much "pressure" and spelled out the offer (in writing). He took the offer to his sales manager and after a bit of negotiation we settled on a price. There were no surprises, and the normal "wolves den" (fiance office) was actually pleasant. When it came down to it, my choice was between this car and one other dealer. Bottom line, I drove away with the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, all in less than five hours including two test drives over two days. I will definitely reach out to Mike in the future for a car. More
