The experience with the sales staff was great. Went to our credit union and got financing in my daughter's name only. Got the check and went back. The finance manager said he could get her a bette Went to our credit union and got financing in my daughter's name only. Got the check and went back. The finance manager said he could get her a better deal and to tear up the check. As long as it was not cashed we didn't need to tell the bank. Then the finance manager tricked me into cosigning a new loan for my daughter by telling me I just needed to sign some papers to add her to my insurance so her insurance would be less expensive. He even said, "We don't do cosigners on loans anymore." Yeah I should have read the fine print but never expected anyone to be that shady. Buyer beware. Now my daughter has lost her job and the car is being repossessed. Guess who is on the hook for that $20K. Oh and the check we tore up, my daughter owes over $1,000 in fees and interest on that loan since we did not turn in the check. Do NOT trust the finance guy. More
