She is new to the dealership (I was her first sale!) but she was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Her prior sales experience showed even though she was new. I had a specific budget in mind and a specific car. I started by looking online at the selection they had and found one I was interested in and requested a test drive. When I went to the dealership, I was fully expecting to just do a simple test drive and not much more. I didn't fall in love with the car I test drove at first, mostly because of price, but the Fred Anderson employees were very helpful and found others for me quickly. They did not hover over me while test driving, even though they knew I was a young, new car buyer. I definitely felt like I could take time to evaluate the car for myself, but also felt like I could ask questions. They finally showed me a car that technically wasn't for sale yet, but I got to test drive it and found my new (used) car! Thanks Fred Anderson. More

Went in to buy a car. This was my first time buying a car. I had my previous car for over 12 years and was gifted that car from my parents. I was anxious about the whole ordeal but Marvin couldn't have made it a more pleasant experience. He greeted us when we walked in and was extremely accommodating and not the least bit pushy or intimidating. He listened to everything we had to say and answered all of our questions. He was patient and kind and I walked away feeling extremely lucky to have had Marvin as the one to help me with my first car buying experience. More

Not one of them could give me any kind of satisfactory deal and didn't seem interested in working with me. I decided to go for the Toyota Camry and am glad I did. The first and only dealer I went to was Fred Henderson Toyota. I had received an internet quiote from John L. and saw him at the dealer. He was very professional and easy to talk to. Honestly speaking, I had been planning to buy Toyota Rav4 since last couple of months and everytime I used to reach a dealership it used to eat away good amount of time on obvious things of which I was already aware of & finally end up with an annoying surprise w.r.t. comitted out the door price number. And then one fine day I met Rodney in Fred Anderson Toyota dealership at Raleigh who has literally changed my entire perception about buying a new car. At first appearance he was not very different from the usual humble & polite sales professionals in this field but because of his crisp communication it took only 5 mins for him to understand my need and budget and in next 5 mins he gave me a deal which I couldn't refuse. Without any request he expedited the documentation work with his colleagues and in next 20 mins all the formalities were completed including the loan. I know it's hard to believe but in just half an hr from the time I entered dealership I was literally having my car keys in my hand. I really wish if buying a car could have been that easy and transparent always.. Thanks Rodney once again for the help 😊 More
