Had an appointment, drove 20 miles, and car I came to see couldn’t be found. Guy said he would contact me and even offered to drive car to my home the next day; never heard from him again. Emailed sales representative about this and no reply in over 24 hours, even though he had asked me to contact him with any concerns before I filled out survey. More

Horrible customer service after the sale! I bought this vehicle at night... never again... lesson learned!! I was given a 30 day temp tag and I would receive my tag within 30 days. The day a I bought this vehicle at night... never again... lesson learned!! I was given a 30 day temp tag and I would receive my tag within 30 days. The day after the tag expired, I was at the DMV on other business and asked the clerk if she could see when I would receive my tag. She couldn't see where I had even purchased the vehicle! She called and was told they'd look into it and someone would call me. After 5 additional calls, and no answers, someone finally called and said the problem had been resolved and they'd issue another 30 day temp tag, and I should receive my permanent tag within a week and a half....We'll see. The paperwork on this new temp tag says that I purchased the vehicle on 3/4/2024! A whole month after the purchase!! Total bogus!! The car was to be detailed, gassed up and waiting for me out front to test drive. When we arrived, none of this had been done. After the purchase, they said they would take it back to clean it up and gas it up. To me detailed means a car that has been cleaned to look new. This car has lipstick on the driver's visor, velcro stuck to the windshield, some sort of red stuff spilled down in the passenger leather seat, and full of dog hair!! I have never been so disappointed in a dealership. I will not in good faith recommend this dealership to anyone, nor will I return!! More
