After being greeted by Cedric, the Salesman, I realized I was in the right Dealership. Cedric exhibited awesome Customer Service acumen which made me very comfortable. We had a great experience at Fred Anderson! Carl was our sales rep and he was very communicative every step of the way. It took a long time for the car to come in (through no fault of the deale Carl was our sales rep and he was very communicative every step of the way. It took a long time for the car to come in (through no fault of the dealerships-just supply/demand) and Carl did everything he could to get it for us as quickly as possible. Everyone there was kind and attentive. 10/10 recommend! More
