If you guys are looking for a great sales person I’d recommend you contact Duane !!! He helped me buy my first car 5 years ago he was super informative and I did not feel like he wasn’t trying to pressu recommend you contact Duane !!! I recently got a second car from Fred Anderson and was paired with Duane once again. He was exactly the same as 5 years ago. The financing staff is super friendly and informative as well ! Last shoutout is to the maintenance crew. I live an hour away but I travel to Raleigh quite a bit. When my car needs maintenance I try to take it there when I can, it’s usually pretty fast and they also send a video of what has been done . More

We have purchased two cars from Fred Anderson - one in the late 90s when we lived in Raleigh and one in 2024 when we traveled back there due to limited availability of a specific hybrid model in more loca the late 90s when we lived in Raleigh and one in 2024 when we traveled back there due to limited availability of a specific hybrid model in more local dealer locations. The lack of local options turned out to be a benefit for us, as I can say that they have not changed - the experience was excellent both times. Tim was an excellent representative of the dealership - gave us honest answers and explanations, very responsive to questions throughout the transport/delivery process, and we left with a good feeling about the experience as well as a decent deal. Based on my research, and discussions with other dealers, we got a fair deal on the vehicle and it was delivered on time (other options were much more vague in availability and slower in communication). If we lived closer I would go to them for service too. We expect our new Toyota to last as long as the others, but when we eventually get around to wanting another I wouldn't hesitate to go back and see Tim and the Fred Anderson team. More
