Best experience Ever!! FEB 5, 2018 I was really in desperate need for a vehicle because like many people my vehicle decided to break down at the most inconvenient time. And by recommendation from a friend I went with John Lafabregue from Fred Anderson Toyota. Both the dealership and the sales representative came highly recommend. I made contact with John and even told him my situation. At this point I was expecting to see someone try to take advantage of my situation. Well that never happened he listened to me as to what I needed and at the same time made me feel at home and normal (something like you’d expect wen visiting family). Well my needs kept me I a tight situation with a small window to purchase a vehicle because soon works was going to be breathing down my neck and I work about 90 miles away. Needless to say John came through with everything just like he said he would and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will be bringing my entire family here for future purchases and telling everyone I know about this dealership. Thanks John and the rest of the Fred Anderson Team you guys awesome!!! More

He took us on a test drive and explained everything about the Hybrid we needed to know. We really were impressed with how professional he was. He explained in detail the Fred Anderson Family Plan family and hands down it is the best program we have seen anywhere. We have not purchased the car yet but we feel sure that we will purchase from the Fred Anderson dealership in the near future. Our only disappointment is that Toyota does not make the car in a light Carolina Blue color. I checked several other vehicle brands & unfortunately not one offers a light blue color that we prefer. I really don't understand why especially since we live in Tar Heel Carolina Blue Country. If we purchase our next preference is Silver & it could not be found so we will have to special order which will take several weeks to build. Fred Anderson Dealership & there people are top notch professionals. This was the only Dealership we visited that took the time to give us a test drive & fully explain all our questions. Needless to say we were truly impressed with this dealership. Very good experience and would definitely recommend to others who are considering purchasing a new or used vehicle. More

Steve Daniel and Ken Cobb rolled out the red carpet and took the time to to listen and understand my wants and needs for a new toyota. I had been looking for a newer toyota for a year or so and careflly condisered my options. i traded a 2009 Sequoia with 148k miles for a new 2018 Sequoia TRD Sport. The 09 Sequoia SR5 4wd served me well for many years and to date is the best vehicle i've ever owned. Steve, Ken and everyone i met at the dealership made the process easy and fun. I appreciate the level of professionalism and persoanl attention to making my esperience a good visit. thank you Steve and Ken ... and i can't forget David Foster who thuroughly explained all the financial details, warranties and dealer service and maintenance options .. More
