The most pleasant auto buying experience ever! From the time we entered this dealership to the time we purchased our new Highlander the experience was very pleasant. We told our sales person (Preston Elmer) what we wanted to do and he did exactly as requested. He was very professional and answered all of the questions with knowledgeable responses. The test drive was the best I have ever experienced in my many times that I have visited dealerships over the years. We were on different types of roads and an expressway as well. He explained all the features in detail. While very persistent he was never too pushy. Even after the sale he has reached out to ensure that we are enjoying the new vehicle. Just a great experience overall. Have already told multiple other folks where to buy. And to be sure to ask for Preston. More
