Outstanding Customer Service Larry was absolutely amazing! Very helpful, polite, funny, Nd just helpful overall. When we had issues with the bank towards the end he went above and Larry was absolutely amazing! Very helpful, polite, funny, Nd just helpful overall. ALMOST PAIN FREE PURCHASE! I just recently moved from Seattle to Raleigh, carless. It has been 22 years since my last Toyota! Overall good service I like Fred Anderson overall, good place to do business. I have a couple concerns when it comes to how business is conducted ... of course like many c I like Fred Anderson overall, good place to do business. I have a couple concerns when it comes to how business is conducted ... of course like many car lots, it’s “we can get you into this” but later on it turns into “these are your options” , and that’s a big let down and bad ethic. I really dislike that. Finance department has tricks to upsell. I do very much so like the service department and my salesman, and also the after care that will become beneficial later on. More
