When I had to bring my car in to the service center suddenly and found out I would have a significant repair bill I was lucky to have Jim work with me When I had to bring my car in to the service center suddenly and found out I would have a significant repair bill I was lucky to have Jim work with me on replacement options. Even though the office was going to close within 30 minutes he was able to start running numbers for me, listening to my preferences and getting some preliminary work done for me and giving me his recommendations based on his knowledge and experience. I not only went home feeling like this unexpected situation would be a positive, but looked forward to coming back. Jim was also gracious enough to work with my schedule and came in on his day off on a snowy/rainy day to accommodate my work schedule and helped me get a great deal. Jim's knowledge, personable nature and willingness to go out of his way to make sure I felt great about what started as a lousy situation will have me going back to see him for any future vehicle needs I may have. Great customer service experience and I will definitely be recommending him to my friends! More

Best car dealership experience!!! I went in feeling uncomfortable with the whole thing. I had called a few months prior to get a car and someone said they would get back with me..no on I went in feeling uncomfortable with the whole thing. I had called a few months prior to get a car and someone said they would get back with me..no one did. So I called again this month just to see if I could go in a try it out thinking this would be yet another terrible experience but from the second I met Matt he was helpful and answered everyone question I had. Him and Michael both took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was making the right choice for me. It was quit and I didn’t spend all day at the dealership like in the past with other companies. I have an amazing deal and have already told many people about them to go get a car I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and will be going back for all future cars!!! Thanks again guys More
