Ken Cobb and his salesman Steve Bradby attempted to force me into a sale they knew couldn’t happen. Over two trips I drove over 600 miles to purchase my 2nd vehicle from them. They knew my situation before I me into a sale they knew couldn’t happen. Over two trips I drove over 600 miles to purchase my 2nd vehicle from them. They knew my situation before I came in the first time. They told me I wasn’t qualified approved. When I came in to get my truck I was given keys and told to transfer my stuff to the new vehicle. They gave me my “Toyota” mug and said everything was great. I walked into finance and they immediately told me I wasn’t qualified and they had no idea what Ken and Steve had done. Eventually the dealership manager had to come in and we spoke. He was very apologetic and obviously had no idea this was happening. I was given back my keys to my original vehicle and I drove 150 miles home very disappointed. Ken Cobb and Steve Bradby cannot be trusted. Ken looked me in the eye after I told him I trust his opinion and lied to my face. More

Fred Anderson found our ties out of alignment, and performed the 15,000 mike service in ~1 hour.
