So what is the point of making a service appointment when they never have it in the system and ask if I purchased the truck at the dealership. Which I did and they have done all my services. 1 hour and 45 mi they never have it in the system and ask if I purchased the truck at the dealership. Which I did and they have done all my services. 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change. Got a text I needed brakes and a battery, no one ever talked to me about them. So I said no in the text and then waited and got another text my truck was ready. Got checked out, never mentioned the brakes or battery, so I guess it was critical they needed to be done. More
