Preston went out of his way to answer our many questions, explain all the features of our car, and help us with understanding the technology and connecting our devices. Larry was friendly, helpful and VERY knowledgeable in a way that made the time move quickly. I learned a lot of information that was very helpful. He offered me several options in an open way and let me make the decision without pressure. I even left for a lunch meeting and came back to finish the paper work. It was a pleasure to work with Larry and I appreciate all I learned in the process...and...with his help I think I saved some money by pre-purchasing a service contract for maintenance I would've had performed anyway. Thanks Larry...you are awesome!! I also want to give a shout to Preston who worked with me for about 2 months to create the perfect truck for me. He was patient and kind and never pressured me about anything. He also presented me with options for things I had not and could not think of on my own. With his help, I got the perfect truck I intend to use for many years (my last Tundra lasted me 1 month shy of 19 years). Preston made the truck buying experience enjoyable and I am grateful. Poor Customer Service I never received a survey to give feedback so I'm doing so via this platform. My sales rep, Will from used cars, came over and was my salesman for my new car. On multiple occasions he made me feel guilty for either trying to negotiate the price or wanting to test drive the vehicle the day it arrived. Then two weeks later the passenger side window stopped working and a chip of paint had already come off. I brought it in and Brian greeted me. He was immediately defensive about things and very confrontational. I hate that two weeks after buying a brand new vehicle I'm already back with a problem and not once was he sympathetic about that. This dealership has twice made me feel treated as a worthless customer and I am dreading having to come back here and hold my breath on how I'm going to be treated as a customer. One bright note is John, the manager that I asked to speak with in service after being treated poorly by Brian, was very kind, understanding, and helped me feel heard as a customer. More

From the test drive to negotiating my trade, everything went smoothly. Ask for the VIP price! All the people in Sales, Finance, and Service were genuinely interested in helping me complete a good deal. We drove from Greenville, NC, to get a good deal and we are very happy with our new RAV4. It's definitely worth the drive to Raleigh. More

Jody is the type of salesperson I like to deal with; knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make you satisfied with your purchase. And Stephanie was the best car finance person I’ve dealt with at any dealership. Explained everything and personable. Mark Jacobson told me they couldn't give me any information until I came to their showroom. MY guy at Fred Anderson gave me tons of information and helped me work through it with great respect and careful attention to detail. I really appreciated how up front and candid the process was. in the end, i felt empowered to make an informed decision and i bought the very first NEW car of my life, at a price i feel very comfortable about. I recommend this dealership and most of all, be sure to ask for the wonderful Matt Lowry. More
