Eager to book what they determine to be regular scheduled maintenance and then run a laundry list of st they say you need. I’ve dealt with them for over 10 years buying 3 new Toyotas from them and having all maintenance and then run a laundry list of st they say you need. I’ve dealt with them for over 10 years buying 3 new Toyotas from them and having all the service performed there but now I’m done. I lost what little confidence I had left in them yesterday when they sent me a video showing additional things needed over and above an oil change and tire rotation which I brought the car in for. Some of it needed but when the technician said that my battery tested negative and should be replaced, I lost it. My battery did indeed die but I had it replaced by AAA 5 days ago and have had zero problems since. The battery and terminals were clean as a whistle and is working just fine. This was most likely my last visit for service. More
