After waiting for two and a half hours for my oil change and inspection on my car. I noticed that the person working on my car didn’t fill at all my windshield fluid tank, it was completely empty. I’ve always had good experience at FA. However, yesterday I went in for routine maintenance and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs. Around the time I expected to get my car, I was texted However, yesterday I went in for routine maintenance and was told it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs. Around the time I expected to get my car, I was texted that it would be 30 more minutes or less. After an additional hour I still did not have my car. As a result, I missed an appt at Briar Creek which was scheduled following my FA appt. I was also told the NC inspection could not be performed since I had not paid property taxes! An explanation was given which was very confusing and I left not understanding why I couldn’t get inspection done. The tech said he would waive the $150 charge for tire alignment which I appreciated. The overall experience was not acceptable. More

Decent experience. Went in for rear brake service with an appointment and was out after couple of hours.
