Great Buying Experience! I chose to shop at Fred Anderson Toyota since I had previously purchased from them 12 years ago. I started shopping in early October and met Wil on my I chose to shop at Fred Anderson Toyota since I had previously purchased from them 12 years ago. I started shopping in early October and met Wil on my first visit. He was very helpful and not pushy or harsh like some salespeople from other dealerships. I left without buying a vehicle that day, but Wil patiently checked up on me from time to time, to see how my shopping was going. When Fred Anderson Toyota was gearing up for a Black Friday deal, Wil contacted me and invited me to come revisit the dealership. He was ready for me when I arrived, and even though I left to think about it, he was patient and helpful when I came back to finally purchase my vehicle! He has since checked on how things are going with my vehicle several times, and even helped me get floor mats that weren't included. I highly recommend Fred Anderson Toyota and Wil! More

Mike was extremely helpful. I went in to look at a used Lexus and it was not the right car. He listened to my concerns and pointed me to another car that was a better fit.
