Lack of transparency for what to expect from a basic 15,000 service visit and to have someone look at the 4WD. Had to schedule with a bot despite calling during service hours. Told the bot what I needed and confirmed a 15,000 mile service and explained my need for a technician to look at 4WD after the truck stalled during a snow storm. Showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment time. Then was told I would have to wait 3 hours because “they just didn’t know when they would get to it.” Not what I expect from Toyota, who is supposed to be proficient in efficiency and customer experience.
