This dealership is the definition of a big corporation that hides behind policy instead of fixing obvious mistakes. I sold them my Bronco and they issued a check with only the numbers filled in, not the w that hides behind policy instead of fixing obvious mistakes. I sold them my Bronco and they issued a check with only the numbers filled in, not the written amount. Wells Fargo rejected it and the Federal Reserve flagged the check. After two days of three-way calls with my bank, Wells Fargo clearly told them to stop payment and send an ACH or wire instead. They knew the situation and Leadership here is cold, rigid, and indifferent. They dragged me along for two days, even asked for my banking info, which made me think they’d finally do the right thing—then refused to take action. They have my car, I have no money, and their only “solution” is for me to return a bad check in person after I get back in the country in 10 days. This is my second major issue with Fred Anderson Automotive Group and I will never do business with them again. Stay far away. More

By far the best dealership experience Ive EVER had! No question went unanswered! I never felt ANY pressure to purchase! Zach Pena went over every model and available option to make sure I got everything I wanted! He is ridiculously knowledgeable (I would recommend him 1000 times over again)! But I can also say the entire staff genuinely made me feel like family! 100 stars wouldn't be enough for this dealership! Ill never go anywhere else! And did I mention lifetime oil changes? LETS GO!
