So basically I went to Fred Anderson Nissan to get an oil change on 3/20/2020. After being greeted by the Service "Advisor" H.P., I was informed that there was an issue with my Passenger Rear Camber. I then change on 3/20/2020. After being greeted by the Service "Advisor" H.P., I was informed that there was an issue with my Passenger Rear Camber. I then said not a problem because it should be covered under the additional insurance package that I purchase when I first received the vehicle. He said it was not in the system. I advised him to look again that I paid 3,000 for it. He then said he found it. He said he would call to make sure it was covered. After that he said I needed an Brake Fluid Flush Service. The Service "Advisor" then handed me a pamphlet with nothing with 80,000 miles on it. After I pointed that out he said it was automatically done at every 20k regardless of how much or hard vehicle was/is driven. At checkout I asked the service advisor with the service take said about the condition of the brake fluid. He said it did not matter what was in the Nissan manual because it's mandatory that it's done at every 20K. I also looked at the multi-vehicle inspection sheet that is supposed to be completed prior to the actual vehicle service and it showed the vehicle was in the green as far as condition of the brake fluid. As I opened up the the vehicle manual reflecting the service at 80k it clearly states that the brake fluid is supposed to be inspected and only replace if vehicle has been driven harshly or is in bad condition. I have attached pictures showing that what I said was factual and correct. While waiting for services to be completed he came to me and said great news, I need to have a rear alignment that the "chamber" was ok. I honestly feel that if I didn't have that warranty he would have not said it was ok. After owning 5 Nissan's this is further confirmation that it time to move on to another import brand. More
I bought my vehicle in June 2019 it is 3/2/2020 and I had my first issue with my vehicle. To be very clear it has been a complete disaster! I was promised glitz and glitter in June when I bought it. Apparent my first issue with my vehicle. To be very clear it has been a complete disaster! I was promised glitz and glitter in June when I bought it. Apparently I ran over a nail but no worries because I have a tire care plan for 12 months right? It’s been two w eke in the making and actually had to get the spare put on yesterday because again nobody truly wanted to help. After speaking with Jessica, Raphael and Jessica promising to speak with Andy this have still been here for two hours and and it looks like it might even make it to three hours. Horrible service! The service manager decided I needed my tires rotated ($50.00) and let me know about it when I was paying the bill. When I picked up my car. One of the wheels had been damaged when they rotated the tires.. A deep gash in the chrome wheel and scratches to the outer rim were present. I also bought the "Family Plan" last year when I bought the car - the claimed it was a mandatory contract. Included in the contract were two protection plans for the exterior and interior damage I asked if the plan called for detailing the car when some protection plans do provide. They said they would get back to me. I called twice and they have not returned my calls. They do not have any information on the protection plans. They should at least know what they sell people. I wouldn't recommend Fred Anderson. They spend a fortune advertising. They should treat their customers better. More
Customer service long after the final sale! I had the pleasure of working with Tony Degrezia last year (2018) and purchased a wonderful brand new Rogue. It's been nearly a year, as I return for one of my maintenance appointments (January 2019) on the Family Plan, which is an awesome and worry-free option, Mr. Degrezia continue to take time and effort to greet and chat for a moment. He genuinely cares about his customers, even when there is no sale to be made. Check Tony out the next time you are in the market for a Nissan. Hope W. (Cary, NC) More

After expla I stopped by the dealership because I needed help with my navigation system. Mackly Bien-Aime greeted me at the entrance of the showroom. After explaining my questions he immediately offered to assist. He helped me with the settings on my navigation and showed me where I could find extra help if needed in my owner’s manual. First Time Service Experience Setup an appointment for service online, only to find out few days later that the system has purged it. I've called and setup another one at 8am, arri Setup an appointment for service online, only to find out few days later that the system has purged it. I've called and setup another one at 8am, arrived 7:45am, and the oil change took close to 2 hours. The reason was that they are backed up. How can they be backed up when I arrived at an appointment 7:45? And the shuttle service is only within 11 miles (I live 14 Miles). Service Manager Ben Sampson was apologetic. To make things worse, the 2017 vehicle arrived with windows open, when I got into it, it reeked of sewage. The manager explained that they are mandated to use reclaimed sewer water. I told him, as a Civil Engineer, I know how that works, and it shouldn't smell like xxxx once reclaimed. I hope next time, things will be different, since I've already pre-purchased the service agreement. More
Over Priced on Service I was given a $2789 quote to replace, mount and balance all 4 tires. I was charged $265.20 for Michelin Latitude Tour 235/65R18 while the price else w I was given a $2789 quote to replace, mount and balance all 4 tires. I was charged $265.20 for Michelin Latitude Tour 235/65R18 while the price else where is way cheaper than what I paid ($200 in Sams Club, $193 in Walmart and $250 in Michelin website). I reached out to an associate at Michelin, he did confirm the quality is same irrespective of where I bought Michelin tires. I was told to get written quote for price matching. I've sent my purchased bill but they denied matching price. If you want to change your tires / replace a battery go to Walmart and have them replaced there you can get the job done with less than 30 % of the quote they give you and it comes with warranty with minimal fess (way cheaper than than the labor cost with the dealer). Next time I will do my research before committing. I really liked Fred Anderson Nissan, after my experience I have to question their pricing wile they have a whole "Date to Compare" page on their website. Cassidy and Phillip were great answering all the questions so gave them 5 *s. 1 * for inflated pricing and false "Dare to Compare" claim. Thank You More
