I was told I would get lifetime oil change the family plan so I went Saturday to get oil change and the guy Joshua was rude and said I had to pay for tire rotation in order to get free oil change if I di plan so I went Saturday to get oil change and the guy Joshua was rude and said I had to pay for tire rotation in order to get free oil change if I didn’t get tire rotation I would have to pay 80.00 for oil change. So I had to pay for tire rotation. I will never do it again because it’s not in the fine print about that so the family plan is a lie. Joshua needs to work on professionalism and how to address people. He was rude with a attitude More

I went in for a radiator replacement and they tried to charge me over $900.00. I get home parts are missing and they didn’t clean out where the radiator sits in the frame!!! When I bought the Murano ther charge me over $900.00. I get home parts are missing and they didn’t clean out where the radiator sits in the frame!!! When I bought the Murano there were cuccaburros at the bottom of the radiator, I vacuumed out what I could get to and I believe that they were what made the radiator go bad. I purchased the extended warranty and it didn’t cover the radiator, I believe that it should have been covered because with out it the vehicle would not work, run or be able to be used! I feel that I was mistreated and done wrong!! More

Just went for another oil change, we paid for the service agreement that states that we get the car swept out, oil change, rotation, and a car wash. Just like almost every time I go there they try to upsell agreement that states that we get the car swept out, oil change, rotation, and a car wash. Just like almost every time I go there they try to upsell you on brake fluid change...this is so wrong, they ALWAYS say it is black so it needs changed. . Anybody who knows vehicles knows that the fluid turns black immediately after use. Secondly when making the appointment they said I needed a safety recall done so I asked if it would take additional time and they said no, however when I arrived they said it would take 3hrs. Also when making appointment I told them that my vehicle doesn't fit through the car wash so it would need to be done by hand. It was never completed and the vehicle was only swept out on the driver and passenger front seats. They don't do what they say, and it is something that I payed for. Never again will I buy there...stay clear of the crooks!!! More

I purchased a 2020 Rogue in 2019. My first issue in 2020 was the ac wasn’t working properly. A part had to get ordered, which took about 2 months to come back. It was a hassle to get that part, bc they said was the ac wasn’t working properly. A part had to get ordered, which took about 2 months to come back. It was a hassle to get that part, bc they said it would be in in a week but it turned out to be about 2 months, but that part finally got fixed. In the meantime while waiting on the part occasionally gray smoke would come out the vents. I told the dealership when I took it back to get the part for the ac and was told that Nissan will only fix it if it’s duplicated. They couldn’t duplicate it so the assumption was maybe the part that they replaced will solve the problem. It didn’t. When the smoke would come out of vents was usually when I was on highway driving and it would take me by surprise. It didn’t happen daily. Sometimes it was every other week, but it would always catch me off guard. The first time it happened I was thinking was that the vehicle would catch on fire. It would last for about a good 10-20 seconds, while in process I’m trying to deal with traffic, rolling down my window and trying to pull on side of road on busy highway so I can get out but then it stops. The smoke had a certain indescribable scent that came with it. This only has happened in spring, summer and early fall while using ac. I haven’t had the issue in winter months w heater, which lets me know it’s the ac. I tried to record smoke, but you can’t see it in video. I showed it to same service manager and he said you can’t tell. I have a witness, bc they also saw the smoke and brought it to my attention while driving 70 mph on highway. I called back and made an appointment for repair. After just about waiting all day (7 am until about 3 or 4 p, I was furious bc they said they couldn’t duplicate problem. He said they had never heard of that issue. The same service manager (male) told me to bring it back up that following Monday and they will get me a loaner vehicle so they can keep Rogue. I called bf I came and was told by the same service manager in so many words that couldn’t happen bc he spoke with someone and said could only get a loaner vehicle if problem was duplicated. I told him, he did not tell me that on Saturday while I was there. I took vehicle back to shop for another issue a couple of months later bc every time I go over a speed bump in a neighborhood up a hill, there is a squeaking noise that sounds like a jerk/clicking noise with the seats or tires when I go over the bump. The issue was going on prior, but I was trying to resolve the ac issue. I took it back to shop and again, w a different service manager (male) but again they couldn’t duplicate issue. After leaving it there all day, that’s the response I get. I had to call them and see if my vehicle was ready, bc I had not heard anything from them. By the time they finished apparently the guy who worked on the vehicle had left for the day. So I wasn’t able to get questions answered to see if he drove my vehicle up the hill over bumps (bc they can at their location; they have hills with speed bumps on property). So all they could tell me was we are documenting the issues in our records. The service manager told me I can call and speak to him if I hear it again and he can ride with me to see if he hears it. I don’t stay close to the dealership property and I rarely go on that side of town. As I told them, I’m concerned when the warranty runs out I will be stuck with these issues to pay out of pocket. I keep up the required maintenance on vehicle faithfully. I told the service manager and the person who sold me the vehicle they sold me a defective vehicle and I’m not happy with my purchase. I feel like they are giving me the run arounds until the warranties expire. I did not have these issues with my 2017 Rogue, which was the reason I agreed to trade it in. I have to work like others and the only time I have availability to take care of personal things is on weekends. I am not giving them any stars if I could. The only reason I go there for maintenance is bc of the warranty. Other than that I would have taken it somewhere else where I knew could find problem and fix it, but Nissan have all these restrictions. The wording I feel they love to use is Nissan won’t fix it if can’t duplicate problem. They don’t realize I have basically marketed in so many words Nissan. When I first got my Rogue, I convinced a couple of people to get a Nissan, in which one person got a Rogue and the other got a car. I am disappointed with this so called Nissan Family and will be trading this vehicle in to go back to my first family I was with for 17 years “Toyota”, but through a different dealership. More
Took Murano in for a recall (after receiving numerous emails/reminders from the dealership, which is where I bought the car). When scheduling the recall visit, the very pleasant lady who did the schedul emails/reminders from the dealership, which is where I bought the car). When scheduling the recall visit, the very pleasant lady who did the scheduling, asked me if I wanted a loaner, as she said it took 3-4 hours to do the recall service. After telling her yes and scheduling the date, when I arrived, the rude service person who met me said "we don't do loaners for recall" and, after explaining that had been offered by the person doing the scheduling, said "it's only 3-4 hours". Even though I explained to him I had not requested it, but it had been offered, he just shrugged and said to wait. Not friendly, not accommodating, not live up to either their promise or expectation. The worst dealership experience I have EVER HAD. When my 2019 Sentra wouldn't start this morning, I called roadside assistance to have it towed to this dealership. I was promptly informed by sales advisor, 2019 Sentra wouldn't start this morning, I called roadside assistance to have it towed to this dealership. I was promptly informed by sales advisor, Ross, that I wouldn't have an answer until mid-afternoon after it got there at 10AM. 10. AM. It literally wouldn't start?? This isn't routine, it's literally the dealership not standing behind the product they sold me a mere 10 months ago. Then, stranded without a vehicle, I asked whether I should come to the dealership and was not given a definitive answer. After two fruitless phone calls, I decided to take a $20 uber over there, only to be dismissed, despite explaining I had a job several hours away that I was starting TONIGHT. When I expressed concern over my car not starting despite being so new, I was given the patronizing answer, "that's why cars have warranties." No offer of a loaner or a rental and no answer on what the HECK was wrong with my Sentra. In the meantime, my partner had written a review detailing my grievances and when Ross received it, he actually told me that if it wasn't taken down, they wouldn't move my car up as quickly to get looked at. After an agonizing couple hours (part of which included listening to another customer's concern of their maintenance taking too long and being dismissed like I was), my car was finally taken in and required a 10 minute fix. After all that. On the way out, Ross encouraged me again to have my partner take the review down. Well, we won't. And this is going up, too. Despite their "family plan," I will NEVER EVER return to this dealership. Unorganized, unkind, and not customer oriented in the slightest. There are plenty of other dealers out there; use them. Oh, and while you're at it, probably don't buy a Sentra... More
