Highly Satisfied with Fred Anderson Nissan When it came time to trade in our seven-year old Nissan Altima, there was no doubt we wanted to stay with the same make and model. A user-friendly Nissan portal search indicated that Fred Anderson Nissan had a new Nissan that met our criteria. We were very pleased with the sales consultant, Ivan Hodge, and his congenial, professional demeanor. Ivan thoroughly explained the car’s new technology features during, and after, our test drive, and provided apps for the user’s manual and Nissan Connect. He proudly showed us around the dealership and educated us on services and coverages offered by Fred Anderson Nissan. We were impressed with the seamless teamwork of Ivan (sales), James Ross (sales) and Kelley Stewart (finance) in completing the purchase of our 2017 Nissan Altima. Very satisfied customer let me start by saying, "I like shopping for a vehicle only slightly more than having a colonoscopy". Even less when I am between vehicles and must fi let me start by saying, "I like shopping for a vehicle only slightly more than having a colonoscopy". Even less when I am between vehicles and must find a vehicle quickly. Unfortunately, that is the situation I found myself in. I have been a truck owner for most of my life, so I wanted to stay in my comfort zone. I also have owned a boat for a good part of my life, so I decided I should to refine my search to new or late model, low mileage, 4WD small to intermediate pickups with trailer hitch, 6cyl and auto transmission. I am also a bit spoiled and lazy, so and a few common comfort features like PW, PL, Cruise, and comfortable seats are also a must. I believe strongly in dealer loyalty so I began my search at the 3 dealerships where I purchased the last few vehicles for my wife or myself. In all cases, I was bitterly disappointed. The prices were rediculous, the selection was very limited and the salespeople where poorly trained on their product. They were juggling several different sales at the same time and bouncing from customer to customer. So much for dealer loyalty, where was the customer loyalty? After that waste of time, I decided to try internet searches. That can save time and miles of running all over town. After reviewing various dealer inventories, I narrowed my choice of vehicle to 3 brands, Toyota Tacoma, Nissan Frontier and Chevrolet Colorado. I test drove each brand and would have been eaqualy satisfied with any of the three. To make my final selection, I decided to compare the following - price, warranty and how I was treated as a customer. Using these three comparisons, my choice was obvious. The price I received from Fred Anderson Nissan was unbeatable. The warranty and family plan are not only unbeatable, but they also become a tool to develop both customer and dealer loyalty. It is easy to be loyal to a dealership when they earn it. From the moment I walked into this dealership, they began to earn that loyalty. That brings me to my final comparison. How I was treated as a customer. My salesman, Ivan Hodge treated me with respect, was very knowledgeable of his product and never pressured me. He afforded me all the time necessary to test drive the vehicle, inspect and compare various option choices and was without question, the best salesman I have ever worked with in over 45 years of vehicle shopping. The great customer service did not stop with Ivan however, it continued with the Sales Manager, the Finance Manager and although I have not needed any service work yet, I strongly suspect it will continue with the service and parts department as well. I do not give reviews very often, only when they are truly earned (in a good way or in a bad way). This dealership and especially this salesman, have honestly earned the time I spent writing this review. Thank you from a very satisfied customer. More

My daughter and I have been looking for a new affordable Nissan Vetsa Note for some time and now we don't have to look any further. Ivan promised that he will do what it takes to get us in a vehicle, and he was a man of his word. He worked with us and didn't waste our time. We were very happy to have left with a newer vehicle, especially since we didn't encounter that uncomfortable feeling in our gut that we may be making a bad decision. he even helped us clean the old vehicle we traded in out! Over Priced on Service I was given a $2789 quote to replace, mount and balance all 4 tires. I was charged $265.20 for Michelin Latitude Tour 235/65R18 while the price else w I was given a $2789 quote to replace, mount and balance all 4 tires. I was charged $265.20 for Michelin Latitude Tour 235/65R18 while the price else where is way cheaper than what I paid ($200 in Sams Club, $193 in Walmart and $250 in Michelin website). I reached out to an associate at Michelin, he did confirm the quality is same irrespective of where I bought Michelin tires. I was told to get written quote for price matching. I've sent my purchased bill but they denied matching price. If you want to change your tires / replace a battery go to Walmart and have them replaced there you can get the job done with less than 30 % of the quote they give you and it comes with warranty with minimal fess (way cheaper than than the labor cost with the dealer). Next time I will do my research before committing. I really liked Fred Anderson Nissan, after my experience I have to question their pricing wile they have a whole "Date to Compare" page on their website. Cassidy and Phillip were great answering all the questions so gave them 5 *s. 1 * for inflated pricing and false "Dare to Compare" claim. Thank You More
My first time buying a car by myself When I walked into the dealer ship, I was greeted by the receptionist. She asked how she could help me. I told her I was looking for a car. She said she would find a sales person to help me. Within minutes of her saying that, Ivan, came up to me. Ivan introduced himself & asked how he can help me. Ivan was the ONLY ONE who approached me. I told him I was just looking. I told Ivan what I was looking for: the price range, year, 4 doors & size. He was a gracious host. He offered me some water. We sat down at the desk & he showed me several different types of cars. Ivan must have spent 2 hours with me that day. Patient & calm the whole time. We were in constant communication for a few days. Ivan kept me posted of the offers that were made by the manager. I did meet the manager. He was very polite & did not pressure me. There was never any pressure from Ivan. He made it perfectly clear that he would get the same commission regards of the price of the car. I went back to test drive the car. I had also went to other places to look at cars. I called Ivan to ask if the car I liked was still available. He said yes. At this point, my credit had not been pulled. Ivan wanted to make sure I was interested before pulling my credit. The day of purchase, Ivan was with me the whole time. He even spoke to my insurance company to help me get insurance cards. Ivan did a great job. Here's what was missing. The features of the car & how they work where not explained to me. I did not ask about them. My 2 concerns were the mileage of the car & the interest rate. Ivan did explain to me that the interest rate was based on my credit score. That I could refiance in few months. I was pleasantly surprised when Ivan took out the Big Red Bow & placed on my new car so I could have a picture taken. My overall experience was pleasant, good communication & no pressure. Thank you Ivan for all your hard work, time & effort you put into making me happy with the car of my choice. It was good learning experience for me. I did it my way. MIchele G More
