On Saturday evening my car got Broke down ..i wasn't able to drive any more .. it was almost 4 pm in the evening i was in a hopeless situation since i didn't have any appointment but Chapin Cole was the Person who helped me , He was so polite and he took care of my Car and gave me a loaner car.. i was supposed to leave on Saturday back to New Jersey but we expected it to be fixed by Thursday.. Chapin had taken a special care and he was updating me on the Status once in a while ..Finally he got my car fixed by Tuesday afternoon.. His acknowledgement and his greet were so polite... What an experience After spending 3 hours with me after closing time we had to return the following day (Sunday) to complete paperwork as my children were hungry and tir After spending 3 hours with me after closing time we had to return the following day (Sunday) to complete paperwork as my children were hungry and tired. I had to work at 11:30 so Carl kindly agreed to meet me there 3 hours before they opened to complete paperwork. He made the finance paperwork easy and fast. This kind of experience of going above and beyond is what I do in my own field and I appreciated being treated this way.
