Service isn't good I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima a year ago and took the car in for state inspection and an oil change. The service manager decided I needed my tires ro I bought a 2018 Nissan Altima a year ago and took the car in for state inspection and an oil change. The service manager decided I needed my tires rotated ($50.00) and let me know about it when I was paying the bill. When I picked up my car. One of the wheels had been damaged when they rotated the tires.. A deep gash in the chrome wheel and scratches to the outer rim were present. I also bought the "Family Plan" last year when I bought the car - the claimed it was a mandatory contract. Included in the contract were two protection plans for the exterior and interior damage I asked if the plan called for detailing the car when some protection plans do provide. They said they would get back to me. I called twice and they have not returned my calls. They do not have any information on the protection plans. They should at least know what they sell people. I wouldn't recommend Fred Anderson. They spend a fortune advertising. They should treat their customers better. More
