I had an absolutely amazing shopping experience at Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh in Raleigh North Carolina with Blake my amazing salesman and Mike the financial manager. When I first walked into the deal Anderson Nissan of Raleigh in Raleigh North Carolina with Blake my amazing salesman and Mike the financial manager. When I first walked into the dealership, I thought to myself ( here we go again) I am about to be annoyed and disappointed with this dealership because they are about to try and run the same game that I had been experiencing with all the other dealerships while car shopping for the past two weeks since, my previous Nissan (from another dealership) was totaled. I was truly amazed from the time Blake introduced himself to me, throughout the whole process until I walked out with keys in hand….very knowledgeable, answered all my concerns, very compassionate and attentive. We live in Virginia couldn't find the frontier truck we wanted. FRED ANDERSON had 5 trucks ,called and drove 145 miles to pick it up.They answered all our questions gave us a better.deal and better ser wanted. Every time I have come to Fred Anderson Nissan of Raleigh I have received excellent customer service. I recently got a Nissan Rogue from there. First time I have ever driven something that big! My sales rep Cedric Fullwood was very helpful and knowledgeable about anything I asked and guaranteed me I would love this vehicle ---and he was right!
