I completely made a decision online to purchase a vehicle 2023 Nissan Altima before contacting the dealership! I called my bank and set up a cash sale. I kept in contact with the Salesperson , Leo, which has 2023 Nissan Altima before contacting the dealership! I called my bank and set up a cash sale. I kept in contact with the Salesperson , Leo, which has no customer service skills at all. I even told him when I was in route from Wilmington NC and when I arrived at 3pm to the dealership to pick up the car because he told me on the phone they do not do home delivery! Leo had me to sign miscellaneous paperwork, then told me I had to wait to see the finance officer! I end up waiting two hours to see the finance officer. They also put a guy ahead of me to see the finance officer ! And they had extreme issues with assisting that customer and had to call the IT technician for assistance ! Meanwhile, time is ticking away and I have over a 2 Hour drive back to Wilmington and it is already 5 o’clock! so then finally Steve thr general manager finally decided to assist me after sitting there two hours with signing the final paperwork! I never received a phone call from the sales person Leo after the purchase to see how I like the car or if I made it back to Wilmington ok or if I had any questions or anything of that nature, I was told by the Steve the general manager that the finance manager would reach out to me about extra warranties that I could purchase and I never received the phone call Steve General Mgr asked before my departure how was my experience and I was very honest with me about my disappointment. He gave me a gift and offered his number. More
