2024 Nissan This was the worse purchase process I have ever experience. I came to the dealer and purchase a 2024 Nissan Sentra SR on 19-Jun-2024. However, the dealership was going threw a computer hack an ever experience. I came to the dealer and purchase a 2024 Nissan Sentra SR on 19-Jun-2024. However, the dealership was going threw a computer hack and they were not able to create or complete the purchase process. Sam was the representative that assisted me with the purchase process. We spoke about the car, and we got in the vehicle in order to take e test drive but when the time came, he got out and told me to take the car for a test drive on my own. Sam then told me to take the car and that when the system come back up in the next few days, he will contact me and come down to Fayetteville, NC which is where I live to bring the paperwork for me to sign. Two weeks past and I did not receive a phone call, so I call on two separate days but got no answer from Sam. On about three weeks he called me, and we spoke on the phone for a while and then he wanted me to drive there because he was busy which meant that I had to make the 1.3-hour drive there when he agrees to bring me the paperwork. So, I asked Sam if it was possible for me to upgrade the vehicle to an SUV an get a Rouge instead. He told me yes because we never finalize the vehicle and that I would have to go to the dealership to make that change. I then asked him if this will cause any penalties or issues because I had the car for three weeks waiting on paperwork from them and he told me NO the system failure was not my fault. I then asked if he was sure, and he said yes. I then headed to the dealership that coming Saturday. While there Sam and his supervisor then offer to sell me the car at a mark up because not Sentra was now considering a trade. I told them that how could it be a trade if we never complete the purchase transaction, and that the system failure was not because of my doing. The floor manager then tries to tell me that if I didn’t want the car, he was going to charger me $4,000 for the time that I had the car because I put 800 miles on the car. Then what really xxxx me off is that the manger told me that he could call the police and say that I stole the car. I then reply, “how cold I have stolen the car if I never broke in here and you guys gave me both set of keys”. After a long discussion and some hard feeling I decided to just leave things as is and complete the purchase process with the sales rep. Customer service. Horrible and I will never buy a Nissan again in my life from you or any other Nissan More
