I ll never go back to this dealership again, they charge for 20k and 25k checkups wanting $300.00 for checkups and all I needed was an oil change. My wife s murano is still under factory warranty. Not pleased I have been happy with the service I have received on my 2015 Rogue until last Thursday. I brought the car in for oil change and check brakes at 9:45. I told the assistant that I would wait outside . They have chairs outside the service area. I am a senior and am trying to be as safe as possible. I finally went in at 12:30 to find out what was going on with the car. She told me that she had been looking for me and Had tried to call me. She had my home number which she called at 12:09 and did not leave a message. She said. She forgot that I had told her about being outside. More work needed to be done on the car so I agreed, not wanting to come back. I needed to get home because she said it would be 2 before it was done. I finally found someone to pick me up. It was after 3 before she called that car was done. Then I had to find a ride back. The car had not been wash as said which made me question if everything was done. Car does seem to drive ok. This situation made me very upset and I felt that I needed to address it More
