I recently had to take my car in for damages done by a bear. Andrea Seacrest was on the ball for me immediately. I came in at my scheduled appointment time to resolve an open recall and was seen immediately. Jon was very friendly, funny and professional. I had been told I had a several hundred dollar problem. To my great relief, Randy took care of it at no charge. Randy was polite, interested in problem solving , and did it.
