My wife and I were traveling to Black Mountain when our car started messing up. We were about 4 hours from our home so you can imagine how bad it was being that far from home and your car messing up. Searched google and it was the first on the list so I called. I was worried that it was going to ruin our vacation. You think oh lord it is going to be so expensive. From the first second on the phone Adam was very helpful he explained every thing down to the last detail and even set us up with a rental car so our vacation never missed a beat. The service was super fast. I could have almost waited instead of renting a car. The price was very reasonable so we had them do some other stuff that needed to be done. Two thumbs up. Everyone is always so quick to complain but very few take time to tell about good experiences. More

My husband and I were in Asheville and started having transmission trouble with your 2011 Nissan Murano. We called our sales agent Rob Smith and he told us to pull over in a safe place and he would come transmission trouble with your 2011 Nissan Murano. We called our sales agent Rob Smith and he told us to pull over in a safe place and he would come get us. About 20 min. later Rob came to our rescue and also ordered a tow truck to tow our Murano to Anderson Nissan. What wonderful customer service. He saved the day!! On my last visit to Anderson Nissan for routine maintenance it was a busy afternoon with lots of people trying to have their vehicles serviced.I considered returning on another day when the service maintenance it was a busy afternoon with lots of people trying to have their vehicles serviced.I considered returning on another day when the service department would be less busy. Deanna Lee was my service contact person. She assured me that the service would be completed within a reasonable time and it was. She does a great job of pleasing the customer with outstanding service even when the times are busy. She is a very good organizer, always putting the customer first and exceeding their expectations. I could not have given such a positive review a year ago. Anderson Nissan has improved their service with people like Deanna taking care of their customer's needs. More
