Bought my car 2010 have had brakes at least 2 times ( 190K miles) never heard a noise. April 2022 paid $1000. For break job, now have noise every morning. Complained and took it in Sept., was told noth 190K miles) never heard a noise. April 2022 paid $1000. For break job, now have noise every morning. Complained and took it in Sept., was told nothing wrong, common for rust to occur overnight and make noise. I find this unacceptable as this has never happened before. Probably aftermarket parts or poor workmanship. More

I had a great experience with Tristan and this dealership. Tristian knew absolutely everything about the vehicle that I purchased and took lots of time to walk me through everything including veh dealership. Everyone is professional and so nice- not pushy but helpful. I was kept in the loop when the car I wanted would arrive and was notified when it came in early.
