In addition to a detailed explanation from GLENN, who had already given me all kinds of helpful advice on extending the life of my Versa in the years before, a mechanic recorded a short video showing in detail how extensive the problems were. This was the level of clear communication I needed to move forward with confidence. Once I realized it was really time to get new car, I did my due diligence and shopped around at other dealerships, but eventually came back to Fred Anderson. Quality service over 6 years had built up a strong sense of trust with the team here, and unlike other dealerships, the low-pressure but high-information sales team gave me the space I needed to think about my decision and come back when I was ready to move forward.
