Today I was able to purchase a vehicle that I LOVE with the help of the best car salesman out there!! DJ was the absolute best and I will only buy cars from him in the future. It all started about a month the help of the best car salesman out there!! DJ was the absolute best and I will only buy cars from him in the future. It all started about a month ago when DJ helped my daughter purchase a car. I was so impressed with him that I really wanted to work with him again. Unfortunately I was looking at a different vehicle from a different make. When I kept coming up empty handed I started looking at the Armadas. I have had one in the past that was great but I really thought it was out of my price range. I reached back out to DJ and told him my wish list. They didn't have one on the lot but he searched their partner lots and worked me out a deal. But hold up let me explain- I wanted 4 wheel drive, a sunroof, surround cameras, and I really wanted the upgraded wheels but it wasn't a deal breaker. I also didn't want white but was thinking I would settle if I had to. DJ listened to everything and NAILED IT. Not only did he get me my must haves, he got the color I wanted (I hadn't even told him-it's like he magically knew it) the midnight edition (my upgraded black wheels) and everything else I wanted. It is like a dream come true and I could not have asked for better customer service. One other thing- 99% of the details were worked out via text message because my schedule is insane and he wanted to work around my schedule to make it easier for me. I'm telling you if you want to buy a car and have a wonderful experience- GO to Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville and ask for DJ- you won't be disappointed! More
