I highly recommend my salesperson, Gilberto Silva-Jaime, at Fred Nissan Asheville! I was there a year ago and was super impressed with him but at that time they didn't have the car I wanted. I went back las at Fred Nissan Asheville! I was there a year ago and was super impressed with him but at that time they didn't have the car I wanted. I went back last week and specifically asked for him, as he had done such a good job. He showed the cars like a sale person should - knew all the in and outs of the cars (and got any information for me that he didn't know off the top of his head) and took the time before test driving to show me in detail everything each car had. Haven't had that level of sales from a car dealership in a very long time (I'm 60 and have bought many cars in my lifetime!) He also listened to my needs and wants in a car and easily pivoted - that is he didn't just try to sell me a car, he tried to help me find the car that best fit my needs and pocketbook. I drove away with the best car for my needs. I have driven it for 4 days now and am vey happy with both the car and level of service I received. Dennis, the finance guy, was also great - and took the time at the end of a long day to review my extended warranty options and help me find the best one. I was also greated when I drove in to service with a car I had to tow in (long story - traded that car in) by someone in service whose name I don't know but was just super nice. It was a good way to set the stage for the day. Again, I HIGHLY recommend Gil - go see him if you need a car and want impeccable and honest sales service! More

Reggie was awesome and explained everything in a way I understood. Made me feel important and was willing to help me get in a newer vehicle! We spoke with Melanie and Nathan. We just drove 1.5 hours to purchase a vehicle after speaking with 2 people to confirm the price and time. We get a cashiers check to pay in full, arr We just drove 1.5 hours to purchase a vehicle after speaking with 2 people to confirm the price and time. We get a cashiers check to pay in full, arrive at the dealership, and the vehicle had been sold. They offered an apology and gas for the drive. We had so much to do and made time for this trip only to have them sell it, knowing we were coming. We were told it was first come first serve, they could not hold a vehicle. They gave us the specific price and were aware we were getting a cashiers check and couldn't hold it for 2 hours??? Very unprofessional and nonchalant attitudes from these two. Melanie didn't even come see me to apologize! Also, when Nathan saw that I was going to write a review, he said "now if you're going to bash us, then I'm not giving you gas." More

Isaiah was so patient with me having crazy schedule to get in the dealership. He worked hard with finance guy Nathan to help me get a car in a timely manner even with many obstacles they were so willing t get in the dealership. I would definitely recommend going to Isaiah if want someone that is understanding, patient and works effectively to make it happen even facing obstacles it worked out.
