On my last visit to Anderson Nissan for routine maintenance it was a busy afternoon with lots of people trying to have their vehicles serviced.I considered returning on another day when the service maintenance it was a busy afternoon with lots of people trying to have their vehicles serviced.I considered returning on another day when the service department would be less busy. Deanna Lee was my service contact person. She assured me that the service would be completed within a reasonable time and it was. She does a great job of pleasing the customer with outstanding service even when the times are busy. She is a very good organizer, always putting the customer first and exceeding their expectations. I could not have given such a positive review a year ago. Anderson Nissan has improved their service with people like Deanna taking care of their customer's needs. More
We went to Anderson Nissan to look at the 2012 Maxima and Chris Moore greeted us and showed us the selection of Maximas they had on their lot. He follwed up with us on the phone a couple of times over the next few days. After test driving several other vehicles, we returned to Anderson Nissan where they made us an incredible deal on a new 2012 Nissan Maxima. The staff that we met were very friendly and professional. The dealership itself was very impressive. We would recommend this dealership and Chris Moore to anyone interested in buying a new or used car. More

My husband and I originally inquired online to get pricing on a Maxima. Nathan Ray responded immediately to our request by email and then a phone call. There were several Maximas to choose from but none had all the features that we wanted and the price was a little over our budget. Nathan was very patient with us and worked tirelessly for almost four hours to make sure that we got what we wanted and that we stayed within our budget. In the end we purchased an Altima that we fell in love with as soon as we saw it. We never felt pressured to make a purchase we weren't happy with and felt that Nathan was honest and attentive. We got excellent service from him and Anderson Nissan! We would definitely recommend Anderson Nissan and would make a purchase from them again! More

Only suggestion: no one gave us a business card or wore name tags. Recommend both be instituted immediately. Customers need to know who they are talking with and have contact info to take with them. I visited 2 previous Nissan dealership before going to Anderson Nissan. I went there looking for a used murano but after talking to Chuck on the phone and letting him know what I was interested in I got t Anderson Nissan. I went there looking for a used murano but after talking to Chuck on the phone and letting him know what I was interested in I got to look at a brand new murano compared to a 2011 used one. I fell in love with the new one. I let chuck know where I wanted to be payment wise & he worked very hard to get my payments exactly where I wanted, the 2 previous dealerships didnt even want to bother with me! I would highly recommend Anderson Nissan to anyone. More
