I highly recommend my salesperson, Gilberto Silva-Jaime, at Fred Nissan Asheville! I was there a year ago and was super impressed with him but at that time they didn't have the car I wanted. I went back last week and specifically asked for him, as he had done such a good job. He showed the cars like a sale person should - knew all the in and outs of the cars (and got any information for me that he didn't know off the top of his head) and took the time before test driving to show me in detail everything each car had. Haven't had that level of sales from a car dealership in a very long time (I'm 60 and have bought many cars in my lifetime!) He also listened to my needs and wants in a car and easily pivoted - that is he didn't just try to sell me a car, he tried to help me find the car that best fit my needs and pocketbook. I drove away with the best car for my needs. I have driven it for 4 days now and am vey happy with both the car and level of service I received. Dennis, the finance guy, was also great - and took the time at the end of a long day to review my extended warranty options and help me find the best one. I was also greated when I drove in to service with a car I had to tow in (long story - traded that car in) by someone in service whose name I don't know but was just super nice.
