Recently I purchased a new 2012 Nissan Frontier from Anderson Nissan. I started my vehicle search several months ago and visited Anderson three times to ask questions about the Frontier. At each visit, Anderson Nissan. I started my vehicle search several months ago and visited Anderson three times to ask questions about the Frontier. At each visit, I was greeted with a friendly welcome, introduction, and handshake. I was never pressured, just given good information that ultimately led me back to Anderson. On my last two visits, Robert Smith took care of me and encouraged me to return to Anderson before making any final purchase, as they would do their best to earn my business. After requesting quotes at three regional Nissan dealerships other than Anderson, I had tentatively decided on pricing from another dealership. However, following Robert's advice, I returned to Anderson with facts in hand. Robert listened to my adventure and then proceeded to coordinate a better purchase price and financing than the other dealers. Bottom line, I purchased the vehicle and am happy with my purchase. During the purchase, Robert was very professional and patient. He was also very meticulous in covering all of the details, ensuring my understanding and agreement. I was treated as a valued customer, with what I believe to a fair and honest transaction. Before leaving, I had a handshake from Robert, the sales manager and general manager. Mark was extremely helpful and courteous throughout the sales process. No high pressure...just explained features of the vehicle to us. Don McCrory, finance manager, used too much jargon. We had to ask to have things clarifieed, as is "3-36". We had no idea what he was talking about and had to ask repeatedly for him to explain it. It referred to 3 years or 36,000 miles on the car, whichever came first. No professional should ever use jargon with a customer...explain what you mean in layman's terms, not insider language. Other than that, we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership in the future. More

I have driven Nissan products for the past nine years. My current vehicle has l63,000 miles and still runs great. I have had no problems with it, so I did not have to be sold on Nissan...I am already a fan. This dealership just happened to have the color I preferred. Since I have not yet had service, I cannot rate the customer service or quality of the work therein. More

From the very beginning James Lordman offered professional, helpful assistance. He explained all of the various points of the Nissan Altima that we were looking at...from under the hood, to the i professional, helpful assistance. He went with us on the trial drive and gave information along the way. He made everything very understandable. He was courteous and full of more information when it came time to purchase the vehicle.
