Just a routine oil change. Had an appt. 11/24/15 at 1:15pm. Got there early, 30 minutes. Waited till 3:15 pm ask Jennifer to check the statis of my vehicle. No reply. Went to de Had an appt. 11/24/15 at 1:15pm. Got there early, 30 minutes. Waited till 3:15 pm ask Jennifer to check the statis of my vehicle. No reply. Went to desk to see what's up 2 1/2 hours later still sitting 10 feet where I left it. Decided to leave as people came and left and me still waiting. Then the car would not start. Not the battery. 3 battery packs to charge it....NOT the battery. Finally used car repairman started it. Left no oil change.....NO SERVICE. I GET MORE RESPECT AT JIFFY LUBE. More
