Service Department Has Gone Downhill I left my car at the service department for my 105,000 service today. They took me to my office while the work was being done and the guy who picked m I left my car at the service department for my 105,000 service today. They took me to my office while the work was being done and the guy who picked me up scared the daylights out of me driving back to Andersen. I don't scare easily but sat in the passenger seat just hoping we were not in an accident. I told the service department he did not need to be driving the van when I got back there. Then my service was completed and I opened my car door to get in and was hit with a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I have allergies and take shots and medication for my allergies so cigarette smoke does not work for me. I complained to the service department and they said he probably did not smoke in my car but that the guy who worked on my car was a smoker. He should never have gotten in my car while smoking or with the smell in his clothes as now the smell in my car was strong. My eyes started burning and became puffy, my throat was raw and I could taste cigarette smoke on my lips. I am a Realtor and I have people in my car all the time with sensitivity to smells so I try and keep my car odor free. Now I have a smoke smell in my car. Jennifer did ask me if she could take it back and have them handle the smoke smell but I was already running late for an apt. at that time and did not have time to wait any longer. On top of that when I left I started looking for my information on what was done that I paid about $900 for and realized they never gave me my paperwork. I called the service department back and asked Jennifer to email it to me. This was around 5pm and as of midnight tonight I still do not have it in my email. This was a horrible experience and I hate that I have to go back to maintain my car in the future. I really hope they make some changes before my next visit. I have left Don Woodruff a message to call me tomorrow as he had left for the day. It shall be interesting to see if I receive that phone call tomorrow. More

I was greeted upon entering, passed on to a Sales Consultant and on my way to finding my new vehicle. I went in set on a model and was guided through the pros, cons and reasons why I would enjoy my selection. I test drove the car and was on my way within two hours in my new ride. I settled on a brand new 2016 Nissan Rouge SV and couldn't be happier. Kudos to the team and I would highly recommend to any suitors seeking a new car.! More

Salesman was very knowledgable and did not pressure me. I met the salesman and sales manager on my my first and second visits. There was a little miscommunication about the final price but I was able to I met the salesman and sales manager on my my first and second visits. It was evident that the dealership was making every effort to meet my needs and that it was important that the customer be pleased with their purchase.
