We had a terrible experience with Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville. A couple of weeks after we bought our new Rogue sport in May 2023, we noticed an issue with our trade in loan. We notified them and heard Asheville. A couple of weeks after we bought our new Rogue sport in May 2023, we noticed an issue with our trade in loan. We notified them and heard back immediately. We sent them additional money to resolve the issue and they paid off the wrong auto loan and now there's missing money that should have been applied. We tried contacting further via email and text that they had previously replied to and they've stopped responding. Additionally, they still haven't sent our License plate that they promised they would ship to us. I've never had a worse experience buying a car. More
