Recall and oil change Came in for 1 of 2 recalls to be completed and to have oil changed. The recall could not be completed because "they just used the last part needed". T Came in for 1 of 2 recalls to be completed and to have oil changed. The recall could not be completed because "they just used the last part needed". That is understandable. But when I picked up the vehicle there was a stain that appeared to be oil in the headliner. I talked to the service advisor and had to make another appointment to have it cleaned. I should not have to take time out of my day and possibly work to get something cleaned that should have never happened. This is the second time this has happened. There is no excuse for this to happen. Not sure who the technicians or the service advisors names. More

Fix to driver's door handle The cover to the emergency key entry had fallen off. They ordered new part and called me when part arrived to arrange appointment.
