Oil Change took way too long I have 7am appointment, I was first in line but there were about 8 people called to take their cars before I received mine. "When I asked why I was told, I don't know what happen" When I did finally get called, it was around 9:30, (2 1/2 hours for a first in line oil change is not acceptable) I went to get in my car and it would not start, I have had Zero issue in the past with this vehicle starting but now all of a sudden they tell me my battery is bad, really? I have been to this dealer in the past and everything was good but if I base going back again on this trip I would say no way. Very unhappy with how long this took and that they wanted me to buy a battery just to leave the dealer. I did not purchase the battery, I asked to be jumped, when I did get home the car started just fine and has been fine every time I start it. More

Appreciative for Kia of Greenville's assistance I was rear-ended and while waiting for the police to arrive to file a report my wife called Kia of Greenville because I was traveling the next day. It was after normal business hours when fully staffed, She spoke with Jimmy whose immediate concern was for our safety. Despite a loaded schedule the next morning, he facilitated our being able to come in and have the car checked for its roadworthiness before my trip. The next morning I was able to have Ray, my usual mechanic, be available to check the car over thoroughly and provide the confidence we needed to allow us to use the car for my travels. During the servicing the employees were courteous and helpful. Liz at the breakfast bar was her usual wonderful self, Chris my advisor kept me appraised and honored my concerns, and Randy was friendly and eager to talk up the new Kia Soul when I showed interest, without pressuring. I was very appreciative of their help and support. Three years of friendly, courteous, and accommodating service, so far, and many miles to go for my Kia Optima SX. P.S. The Mitsubishi SUV that rear-ended me took more of a beating than my Kia. More
