Marcus really slack on customer satisfaction I really expected to be out in the promised time and it would have been nice to know that it was going to take 45 minutes longer. Moreover, Marcus taking away the Greenfield Bagels to save $60 a week is really slack. He doesn't understand customer satisfaction. There are other Kia dealers and we will use them for our next service. More

VISIT COMMENTS Even with an appointment, two hour wait for oil change. KIA states refreshments in waiting area. Vending machines - yes, But the only refreshment free Even with an appointment, two hour wait for oil change. KIA states refreshments in waiting area. Vending machines - yes, But the only refreshment free was coffee and water. KIA previously offered free variations of hot chocolate, coffee blends, etc. Not this time. Could be due to time of day since it was slightly after noon and with a sales events in progress. Previous oil changes with an appointment took less than an hour. Stated for recommended future services: replace both front tires. One will needs replacement in a few thousand miles but the other front tire is only a month or so old with no visible wear. Don't know how this was arrived at. And both rear tires are only a month or so old so it couldn't be a confusion on which tires. KIA appears to at times overbook for services or at least this time - the waiting area was completely full. Admitted, the wait time and amount of customers in waiting area is not usual and possibly due to the promoted KIA sales event. I will give the benefit of doubt. My major concern (from previous visits) is serious problems with low beam headlight visibility at night. KIA stated that it could be from a possible unknown accident which resulted in the lights being misfocused. No damage was found and no record of previous damage. KIA stated the headlights are non-adjustable and would require new very expensive head light assemblies to be replaced. Roughly estimated at over $700 for both assemblies- but no guarantee that the new assemblies would provide any improved illumination at night. I replaced the low beam bulbs with the very best Sylvania how to offer - no better illumination. This is a very serious safety factor with no resolution. I have owned previous KIAs and this is not typical of KIAs. Considered having fog lights installed to improve night visibility but this may not help to any extent. More
