However, when the car came back fro My review is not against the Service Advisor (Jason Melton) who was friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. However, when the car came back from the service bay, there were a few greasy handprints on the back passenger window, the door frame between the front and back doors on the passenger, and between the front and back doors on the driver side. Why? I keep my cars clean, the last thing I want to do is have to remove greasy handprints from my car. To give him credit, Jason offered to clean them off, but he shouldn't have to clean up after someone else either. More
